She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon; her daughter Edie; and her grandchildren, Rayne and Brooke. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Hooker, Jeannette Johnstone (Jim) and Melanie Perry (Gord); her grandchildren, Leane Stockdale (Ryan), Christopher Hooker (Stephanie), Shantel Lulschik (Andrew), Michelle Demay (Kyle Penick) and Abby Johnstone; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Liam, Erica and April.

As an expression of sympathy, donations made to the Alzheimer Society of Niagara would be appreciated by the family.
