She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Vandewater (Van); her siblings, Ruth Usick and Rudy Boyko; and her parents, Mike Boyko and Martha Boyko.

She is survived by: her children, Jackie Moore (Dan Petrie) and Grant Vandewater (Diane); her grandsons, Shane Moore (Melita), Tyler Vandewater, Adam Petrie and Drake Vandewater (Tanisha); her great grandchild Aryan Moore; and her siblings, Inez Stewart, Don Boyko (Micky) and Sherian Chemerika (Larry). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
