He was predeceased by: his spouse Herlinde; and his daughter Edith. He is survived by: his children, Ruth Hamm (Peter), Gabriele Beyore (Kevin), Robert Kwade (Christen) and Angela Coutu (Norm); his grandchildren, Emily, Mathew, Patrick, Levi, Kaelyn and Lex; and his sisters-in-law, Hildegarde Kwade of St Catharines and Edith Immig of Germany. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
