He is survived by: his son Michael; his friend Janet Collins (Rick Eller); his siblings, Dianne Kusy-Kunkel (Rick Kunkel), Wally, Joanne Browne (late Darryl) and Betty Grant (Gary); his nieces and nephews, Laura, Jeff (Ali), Danny (Jessica) and Brittany (Juliano); Allison Cooper, Cindy Collins (Rob Dickson), Jesse, Lucas, Brooke, Kyle and Cheryl Mushynski Andrews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
