He was predeceased by: his sons, Donald (Lori) and Albert Custers (Elsie). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Peter (Anita), Brian (Alice), David (Nicole), Mark Custers, Marianne Busch (Brian) and Laura Misch (Nicolas); his stepson Keith Chambers (Angela); and his siblings, Ben (Sharon) and Helen Pieterson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
