George Gribilas Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Gribilas (Saint-Catharines, Ontario), who passed away on July 20, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonis Gribilas and Efrosini Gribilas; his brothers, Panagiotis and Yiannis; and his siblings-in-law, Nikolaos Giannarakis and Stathoula Gribilas.

He is survived by: his spouse Athina; his stepchildren, Rita (Paul), Kathy and Laki (Melissa); his sibling Dimitra Giannarakis; his sibling-in-law Corthelio Gribilas; and his nieces and nephews, Efrosini (Vasili), Voula (Dave), Frosso (Andreas), Dora, Antonis and Georgios.

If desired, donations to the St. Katharine Greek Orthodox Church and/or Heart and Stroke Foundation in memory of George can be made.
