She was predeceased by: her spouse Andries Stienstra. She is survived by: her children, Elsa (Jack), Jake (Janet), Rita and Andre (Jo); her grandchildren, Josh (Mallory), Amanda (Justin), Peter (Kathy), Mike, Frank (Melissa) and Andy (Amanda); her sister Jopie (Joe); and her nephews, John (Shiela), Joe (Laura) and Rick (Kelly). She is also survived by her 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Heart & Stoke Foundation.
