He was predeceased by: his wife Debbie Bezuyen; and his daughter Sonya. He is survived by: his children, Jack Bezuyen, Sanya Bezuyen, Sandra, Tom Dotinga, Carolyn and Derrick Lammers. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
