He was predeceased by: his siblings, George and Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Lorrie; his daughters, Brandi Muzyka (Stacy) and Amber Faris; his grandchildren, Codi (Micheala), Brooklyn (Sam), Tyler (Amber), Owen, Alyssa, Cassandra and Drake; his great grandchildren, Mayah and Grayson; and his siblings-in-law, Dave (Colleen), Dan (Kathy), Tim (Kelly), Tom (Anna) and Pat (Sandy).

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to Canadian Diabetes Association and the Canadian Cancer Society.
