He was predeceased by: his wife Carole; and his siblings, Millie Antoniuk and Bill Prystupa. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Foster (Bob), Paula Kozachenko (late Michael) and Karen Sawicki (Steve Vendittelli); his grandchildren, Katie (Alex), Mitchell Sawicki (Josie), James Foster (Denise), Alex Carbonara, Gregory and Valerie Kozachenko; his great grandchildren, Michael, Faith, Mathew and Campbell; his brother Johnny (Linda); and his significant other Elizabeth Lawrason.
