He was predeceased by: his mother Joan. He is survived by: his children, Zachary and Morgan (Connor); his father Carl (Kathryn); and his sisters, Shawana (Eddie), Kim (Norm), Melissa (Nick) and Julie (Emmanuel). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to either Toronto Sick Children's Hospital, Odette Cancer Centre or Walker Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
