She was predeceased by: her husband John Michael Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Green (Donald) and Mary Jo Swindley (David); her sister Alice Kent (Stewart); her sister-in-law Doreen Southon (Smith); and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Swindley, Mason Green, Hannah Swindley, Kira Green, Maxwell Swindley and Charlotte Swindley. She is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
