It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Angeline Chafe (Saint-Catharines, Ontario), born in Shawinigan, Québec, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Brian; and her parents, Alide Bérubé and Liliane Lavallière. She is survived by: her children, Tanya and Jason; and her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Cole and Keegan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Autism Niagara or the Lung Transplant Program (UHN of Toronto General Hospital) would be appreciated by the family.
