He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae Hemphill and Bruce Hemphill of St. Catharines; and his brothers-in-law, Brent Foley and Mitchell Foley. He is survived by: his close friend Lori Foley; his sons, Corey (Beth) and Ray Hemphill (Lori); his siblings, Pat Calvert (Bob), MaryAnn Rankin, Gary (Lise), Robert and Terry Hemphill (Janet); his siblings-in-law, Leslie Foley (Darren Brown) and Sheldon Foley; and his parent-in-law Jean Foley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many cousins.
