She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Scott and Henry Scott; her husband Carl Dorland; and her siblings, George Scott and Mildred Freeman (Scottie).
She is survived by: her children, Ont, Wendy Sherwood Park (Erik), Alta, Paul and Jason (Robyn) of Victoria, BC.; her siblings-in-law, Denny Crothers, Beverly Graves, Dorthy-Joan Pilcher, Peggy Scott and Geoffrey Pilcher; her niece Robyn Graves; her nephew Kingsley Scott; her grandchildren, Jenny VanDrunen (Chris McKellar), Laura Sundell (Jeff Sundell), Mark VanDrunen (Jaclyn), Ryan Dorland (AnnaKay), Kaylyn Dorland (Brian Favero) and Mataya Dorland; and her great grandchildren, Grace McKellar, Emma McKellar, Charlie McKellar, Henley Sundell, Mason Sundell, Blake Sundell, Ellie VanDrunen and Noa-Rose Dorland. She is also survived by (brother-in-law) and many beloved nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the charity of your choice or The Heidehof Home for the Aged in St. Catharines, who provided exceptional care for Mom in her final days or The Jays Care Foundation.
