He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Dick and Elizabeth Leniarsky. He is survived by: his sons, Mason, Kenny and Bronson; his close friend Holly; his sisters, Samantha Dick (Adam) and Catherine Leniarsky (Andrew); his stepfather Paul Leniarsky (Lee); and his grandmother Jean. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as countless friends, colleagues and mentors.
