He was predeceased by: his parents, Eliasz Kuczma and Katharine Kuczma; and his sister Marie Hrycko (John). He is survived by: his wife Lucy Kuczma (Banasik); his children, Adam, Fiorella (Figari), Alex and Terra (Thorpe); and his siblings, Ed and Grace (Bartman). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
