He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Mindzak and Anna Mindzak; and his siblings, Peter and Anne. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Lori and Jaimie (Frank); his grandchildren, Emily, Hunter and Lindsay; and his sister Mary (Jerry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family wish for donations to be made to the Alzheimer Society in honour of Steve.
