He is survived by: his children, Michael Lines (Beatrice), Kathleen Lines and Christine Lines; his grandchildren, Brandon, Nickolaus, Mikayla (Ryan), Teegan, Alexandra and Cieran (Govan); his great grandchild Dominick; and his grandchildren, Kia, Keegan and Jeremiah.

In lieu of flowers donations to the St. Catharines Old Boys Lacrosse Association would be appreciated.
