She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Bukowsky; her great grandchild Austin; and her siblings, Cecilia and Kazimier. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna (Guido Mundula) and Dr. Mary Bukowsky (Sam Shortt); her grandchildren, Brenda, Robertta (Angelo), Anthony, Michael and Charlie; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Cross and Gabriel; her sibling Zibignew Boryczko (late Donna) of Poland; her nieces, Eva and Yolanda; and her nephew John.

Memorial donations to McMaster Children's Hospital (905-521-2100) would be appreciated by the family.

“This is donna again, my mother was polish and she hated st. Cyril, greek catholic church,which did her funeral. Cecilia and kazimier are her sister and brother in law. When i was young i had to take care of meri and i had to cook for the family. My mother could have worked 6am to 2pm .
