Walter Wichert Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on March 23, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Walter Wichert (Saint-Catharines, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Edith (Voth); his children, Steve, Brenda Hiebert (Wichert), Gord, Juli (Wilcox), Doug and Gayle (Friesen); and his sister Marian Loewen. He was also cherished by brothers and sisters in-law, nephews, nieces, and friends.

As a family we say farewell with a quote from a letter sent to Gramps on his 90th (Covid) birthday by a grandson: I am sorry I can't visit you, but live with the heartfelt belief that I will see you again – new body, new mind, new soul.
