He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy and Marvin; his children, Jerry, Mary and Judy; his son-in-law David; his grandson David; and his great grandchild Kaden.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Anne; his children, Michael (Edna), Billy, Amy (Dallas) and Becky; his sister-in-law Judy Augustyn; his grandchildren, Michelle, Jennifer, Janet, Patria, Michna, Harris, Robyn, Katy, Allison, Gracie, Megan, Billy, Ryan and Mackenzie; and his great grandchildren, Walker, Logan, Avery, Katlyn, Talon, Alexis, Evan, David, Mattie, Kora, Ali and Mason.
