He was predeceased by: his parents, William (Billy Joe) and Vivian Smith; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Priestman); his sons, David (Kim) and Kevin (Natasha); his grandchildren, Jade (Ben Hancock) and Joey (Sarah Roy); and his great grandchildren, Leo and Mia.
An avid sportsman, Bill played golf up until Covid, thanks to his devoted buddies.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Alzheimer's Society or St. Alfreds Out of the Cold would be appreciated by the family.
