We announce the death of Douglas Wayne Swan in Saint-Marys, Ontario, who passed away on July 8, 2026. Douglas will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Alexander Swan and Marjorie Eileen Swan (Knowles); and his brother Rick Swan. He is survived by: his wife Joan Swan; his children, Kelly Munroe, Sheila Milic (Salko), Jackie McLennan and Dave Randall; his grandchildren, Sierra, Madysen, Reegan, Avery, Quinn, Enisa, Hana, Brandon, Jami (Tyson), Wesley (Yared) and Kyra; and his siblings, Janice (Steve) and Jeff (Julie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
