He was predeceased by : his wife Linda (Gatecliffe); and his sisters, Neetlje Van Arkel of Englehart Ont and Ina Cook of Englehart Ont. He is survived by : his sons, Peter and David Van Arkel; his grandchildren, Chloe, Daniel and Madison; his great grandchild Jayden Breau; and his brother Reine (Joyce Van Arkel) of Stratford.
