Frances Isobel Semple Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Isobel Semple of Saint-Marys, Ontario, born in London, Ontario, who passed away on October 17, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Watson and Blanche Annie Axon; her husband John Semple; her children, Kathleen Elizabeth Thomas (Richard), John David Semple (Sue), Robert Charles Semple and Laura Frances Payton (Pat); her grandchildren, Jessica Swanson (Jason), Melissa McCarthy (Tom), Fraser Semple (Kaitlin), Scott Semple (Sandy Marchetti), Christy Van Haarten (Devin), John Semple, Katy Girt (James) and Sam Santandrea (Erin); and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Summer Swanson, Brody, Hudson McCarthy, Lucas, Hailey Van Haarten and Greyson Robert Louis Girt.

When John died of early Alzheimer's in 1987 Frances carried on, having gotten her driver's licence when he first became ill.
