He was loved and cherished by many people including : his spouse Ilonka; his children, Milan (Dragica), Vlada (Veronica) and Rosie Joostema (John); his grandchildren, Tanja Danicic (Sasa), Michelle Fernades (Sean), Michael Golubovic (Stacey), Matei Golubovic, Brina Golubovic, Victoria Joostema and Jason Joostema; and his great grandchildren, Pavle, Maksim, Mila, Leo, Natalija, Kristijano, Luka and McKenna.
