He was predeceased by: his brother Robert (late Lucy); his sister-in-law Marie Anderson; his parents, Albert Milam and Ina Milam; and his parents-in-law, Carmen and Catherine Healey.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Jim Milam and Waverly Healey-Campbell (Steve); his grandchildren, Ryan, Paul, Bionca and Zachery; his sister Verna Davis (late Floyd); and his sisters-in-law, Bernadette Grift (late Bill), Kathy Jadisckie (Arthur), Patricia Healey and Diane King (Brad). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
