He was predeceased by: his father Bill Keeler; and his brother-in-law Gary Lingelbach. He is survived by: his wife Leanne Keeler; his children, Eric Keeler (Sydney) and Jordan Keeler (Cassandra); his mother Pat Keeler; his parents-in-law, John and Joan Boonstra; his siblings, Linda McCutcheon (Bob), Glenn Keeler (Kimberley) and Carole Loughran (Al); and his siblings-in-law, Barb Lingelbach, Tina Spence (Shawn) and Derek Boonstra (Rachael). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Cremation to take place with a celebration of his life at a later date.Memorial donations may be made to St. Marys Minor Ball or Minor Hockey.
