She is survived by: her husband Scott Chapman; her child Ryan; her siblings, Adele and Michael (Bonnie); her siblings-in-law, Paul Chapman and Carol Anderson; and her siblings' children, Nicole, Kim, Greg, Vanessa, Paul and Kimberly.
