He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Halapir; his brothers, Ladislau and Slavko; and his nephew Damir. He is survived by: his sons, Dennis (Mona Abdallah) and David (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Tommy, Jax, Addison and Asia; his sibling Ivanka Preninger; and his sibling's children, Deb (Carlos), David, Jason (Jess), Ange (Chris), Tabitha (Jason), Donna (Ben), Kevin (Erin), Peter, Tibor, Milan, Biserca and Marina.
