It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan John Wickens (Saint-Thomas, Ontario), who passed away on July 12, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alan John Wickens to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wickens and Doris Wickens; and his brother-in-law Michael Barton. He is survived by: his wife Doreen (Barton); his children, Caron Wickens, Graham Hunt (Sheila), Jennifer McLaren Kelly (Wayne) and Elizabeth MacMillan (Chris); and his grandchildren, Spencer, Alannah, Skye, Ewan and Finnley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Luke's Anglican Church (185 Elm St, St Thomas, ON N5R1J4).
Remembrances may be made to the Alzheimers Society Elgin, Epilepsy Ontario or St Hildas-St Luke's Anglican Church.
