He was predeceased by: his brother John; and his parents, Johannes Sietsma and Sjoukje "Case" Sietsma (Vander Molden). He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Sietsma (Ball); his children, Toni Sietsma (Tanya-Marie) and David Sietsma (Kelly); his grandchildren, Kristopher Sietsma (Sydney), Holley Sietsma, Emil Sietsma and Kailey Sietsma; his great grandchildren, Brantly, Archer and Aria; his siblings, Hedzer, Mike, Edna Pigden and Joan Ellis; and his brother-in-law Ted Ball.
