She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick O'Hara; and her parents, Harold Johnson and Norma Johnson (Adams). She is survived by: her children, Lu-Anne Dwyer (late Charlie) and Kathy Johnson; her grandchildren, Patty (Shane), Nikki (Anthony), Patrick (Amber), Chris (Nicola), Aleasha (Brad), Cory (Josee) and Robert; and her brother Norman Johnson (Hazel). She is also survived by great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
