He was predeceased by : his parents, Vern Fitzpatrick and May Fitzpatrick; and his sister Ruthann Ranger. He is survived by : his children, Chris (Shelley) and Carolyn Fitzpatrick (John Barbeau); his siblings, Vern Fitzpatrick (Sandy) and Mary Ellen Fitzpatrick (Dave MacKay); his grandsons, Curtis, Evin and Jonah; his aunt Pat Jones; his friend Rod (Doctors); and his caregivers, CarePartners, Diabetes, Julia, Barb and Brian. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great neices & nephews.
