It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claribel Irene Rowe (Saint-Thomas, Ontario), who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Henry and Pearl Irene Lawrence; her significant other George; and her siblings, Bill, Jean Parkins (Ron), Helen Mathewson (Don), Shirley Bradley (Guy) and Gus Lawrence (Betty Ann).
She is survived by : her sister-in-law Lorraine Lawrence (late Bill) of St. Thomas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sue's memory to the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital Foundation (Respiratory and Home Care Services), War Amps Canada, the Royal Canadian Legion – Lord Elgin Branch 41 Poppy Fund or the charity of one's choice.
