He was predeceased by : his father Jack Reid; and his grandparents, John Reid (Jack) and Violet Reid. He is survived by : his mother Evelyn Reid; his wife Karen Reid (Russell); his daughters, Candice (MacDouell) and Samantha (Woodman); his sibling Drew Reid; his sister-in-law Karen; his sons-in-law, Corey MacDouell and Adam Woodman; his grandchildren, Cassia, Nathan, Brooke and Emilie; and his nieces, Tasha, Michelle, Danielle and Laura.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Progressive Supranuclear Society of Canada (http://www.pspsocietycanada.ca), an organization that was close to the hearts of David and his family.
