He is survived by: his wife Helen Grandy (Kempkes); his children, Mathew Grandy (Ratchel Nagy) and Jaime Grandy (Emily Baltzer); the mother of his children Carol Fox; his children, Melanie Steenbergen (Kalvin), Peter Venema (Jaqueline Moses) and Selena Venema (Shawn Sutherland); his grandchildren, Brooks "Brooksie", Dylan, Westin, Tyson, Shemar and Tana; his siblings, Beverly Nemethy Burns (late Dunnie) and Ken Grandy (Celene Hecimovich); and his siblings-in-law, Peter Kempkes (Karen), Marianne Niezen (Bert), Theo Kempkes (Caroline), Will Kempkes (Deb), Joan Sullivan (Phil) and Georgie Rodenburg (Murray). He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
