He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Marcou and Ethel Marcou; and his former wife Ruth Garland. He is survived by: his siblings, Jane Vondrasek and John Marcou (Midland); his wife Diane Pirhonen; his grandchildren, Griffen, Grady, Tiernan, Leah Marcou, Kyla, Ella, Matti and Ethan Pirhonen; and his stepgrandchildren, Luc and Janelle Reaume.
