He is survived by: his children, Heather Kellogg, John Kellogg and David Kellogg; his stepchildren, Christopher Horsup, Carlee Phair, Tanya McFadden (Jeremy), Trisha Tran (Matt), Angela Mills, Tamara Mills (Brent), Clarence MacDonald (Lucas), Thomas MacDonald (Becca) and Alisha MacDonald (Zane); his siblings, Lucy Graves (Roy), Jacque Alton (Len), Russel Kellogg (Kaye) and Brenda Jennings (Wayne); and his niece Lisa Barnett (Dan).
