He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Van Colen (Bogart); his children, Lonnie, Denise, David, Susan Sawyer and Christopher; his grandchildren, Jordan, Kallan, Morgan, Steven Jr., Laura, Elizabeth "Beth", Rebecca, Carleigh, Mackenzie, Tori, Landon and Alexis; and his sister Betsy.
