It is with sadness that the passing of Janita Diane Moore (Saint-Thomas, Ontario) is shared. Janita, born on November 6, 1962, passed away on September 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Janita will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honour Janita by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Janita is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Janita’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Paul and Lois Kantor; husband: Dean Moore; children: Joshua, Chad (Deanna), and Jessica (Evan); grandchildren: Haley, Lennon, Mila, and William; brothers: David Kantor (Heidi), Darryl Kantor (Suzanne), and Joy Kantor; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (45 Elgin St, St Thomas, ON N5R3L9). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church (380 Manor Rd, St Thomas, ON N5R6B6).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Ontario would be gratefully appreciated.
