He was predeceased by : his wife Mary Margaret Kalman (Chalk); his siblings, Helen Kalman, Alice Zaleski and Steve Kalman; and his parents, Lawrence Kalman and Theresa Kalman (Fiedler).

He is survived by : his sons, Brian Kalman (Cindy) of Aylmer, Rob Kalman (Libby) of Streetsville and Craig Kalman (Melanie) of Aylmer; his grandchildren, Alison, Daphne, Cody and Lucas; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Kalman of Aylmer and Edward Zaleski of Chatham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
