He was predeceased by : his sister Carol; and his parents, Earl Lowe and Sarah Jane Lowe (Smiley). He is survived by : his wife Barbara Lowe (Blakney); his children, Jason Lowe (Tasha) and Shelley Colletta (Gennarino); his granddaughters, Leah and Jenna Lowe; his siblings, Wally (late Verna), Donnie (Joan), Eric (Karen), Helen (late Merv), Aggie (Fred), Louise (Don), Judy (Brian), June (late Charlie), Betty (late Brownie), Frances, Claire and Kenneth; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
