He was predeceased by: his brother Walter (Virginia); and his parents, Jim Milligan and Jean Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his brother Wayne; his nephews, Dara (Jim) and Dana (Lori); and his siblings-in-law, Rose Kairns and Jack Thompson.
