Norma Vandevyvere Obituary
We announce the death of Norma Vandevyvere of Saint-Thomas, Ontario, who passed away on August 22, 2026, at the age of 86. Norma will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouses, Waite Malskaitis and Peter Vandevyvere; her sons, Chris Malskaitis and Waite Malskaitis; her sisters, Carol Catherwood and Linda McConnell; and her parents, Stuart Miners and Beatrice Miners (Pratt).
She is survived by: her children, Kim Carson (Jackie) and Joe Malskaitis (Lichelle); her daughter-in-law Dianne Malskaitis; her stepchildren, Nancy Spriet (Leon) of Langton and David Vandevyvere of Tillsonburg; her brother Len Miners; and her brothers-in-law, Jim McConnell and George Catherwood. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home (119 Talbot St E, Aylmer, ON N5H1H3). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
