She was predeceased by: her husband James H. Duffy; her parents, Pete McQuiggan and Ella McQuiggan (Underhill); and her sisters, Ferne Behie, Pearl McQuiggan, Olla Kellestine, Phyllis McQuiggan and Shirley Caswell.

She is survived by: her children, Cathy Blomez, Debra Pratt (Danny), June Baskin and James M. Duffy; her grandchildren, Maria Phoenix (Mark), Emily Greenlaw (Stu), Jason Pratt (Jenn), Joe Pratt (Karen), Jeremy Magri, Lindsay Magri (Blayne), Alex Duffy, Jamie Duffy, Ben Springer and Heather Duffy; her great grandchildren, Rylee, Sienna, Myles Pratt, William, Thomas Phoenix, Henrik, Harvey Greenlaw, Parker, Peyton Wye, Sophia Duffy, Ainsley Kilby, Hazelle and Winston Stewart; and her sister June Kinsey (Barry).
