He was predeceased by : his brother Frank Melanson (Peggy); and his parents, Peter Melanson and Geraldine Melanson (Savoie). He is survived by : his wife Katherine "Kathy" Melanson (Kowalenko); his daughters, Pamela Melanson (Jamie Rickwood) of St. Thomas and Jessica Darlington (Corey) of St. Thomas; his grandchildren, Jackson, Greyson, Ava and Max; his siblings, Neil Melanson (Catherine) of Trenton, Joanne Tario (Dennis Woloshyn) of Mississauga and Shirley Dupuis (Emilien Lacasse) of Sudbury; and his aunts and uncles, Emilienne and Austin Boudreau of Sudbury.
Due to Covid-19 a private family service will be held at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St. On Tuesday, December 22nd.
