He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Walker (Hayhoe); his brother Hugh Walker (Grace); and his parents, Graham Walker and Daisy Walker (Moir). He is survived by: his children, Anna Gibson (Myles), Ernest Walker (Shannon), Carol Walker, Robert Walker (Akari), Graham Walker (Sarah) and Matthew Walker; and his grandchildren, Emily, Luke, Maurita, Kent, Alana (Corentin), Tim, Elijah, Milo, Caden, Eleanor, Simon, Ryan, May, Noah and Tate.

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 10th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (45 Elgin St, St Thomas, ON N5R3L9). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
