She was predeceased by: her son Kevin McIntosh; and her parents, William Boychyn and Mary Boychyn (Nee Michalinsky). She is survived by: her husband Charles McIntosh (Chuck); her children, Kelly Cantwell (Don), Perry McIntosh and Todd McIntosh; her grandchildren, Jaeden, Kris, Cole (Lauren), Niko and Khaymen (Lauren); and her great grandchildren, Charlie and Rory.

A reception will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (45 Elgin St, St Thomas, ON N5R3L9).
